Care & Cleaning:

Once the Panini Grill is assembled properly you are

ready to begin cooking.

1

Push the center of the control knob to turn on

the power, the center light ring will turn on and

begin to pulse.

2

For using as a Contact Grill, Panini Press or Flat

Grill, turn the control knob to the desired

temperature for cooking. Once the Panini Grill

reaches the desired temperature the light will

remain solid.

Hint:

Hint:

We recommend for proper heat up

temperature, pre-heat the Panini Grill in the closed

position first, when the center light ring stays solid

(stops pulsing), then you are ready to use the Panini

Grill in either the open or the closed position.

Note:

Once you have opened the Panini Grill and

placed your food on the grill, the center light ring will

again start to pulse, this is normal operation. The

light might continue to pulse during the entire

cooking time, this is just the Panini Grill keeping the

proper temperature for you.

Always exercise caution when handling the Panini

Grill during cooking.

To open, grasp the center area of the handle with

an oven mitt as the Panini Grill will be hot.

Do not touch them during or immediately following

cooking.

The housing will become hot during use. The Panini

Grill is made of stainless steel and will become very

hot and should not be touched during or

immediately following cooking. If you need to

adjust the cover, be sure to use an oven mitt to

prevent burns.

If you need to move the Panini Grill during cooking,

be sure to handle it from the base only with oven

mitts.

Allow the Panini Grill to cool down before handling

(at least 30 minutes).

Note:

The first time you use the Panini Grill , it may

have a slight odor and may smoke a bit. This is

normal and common to appliances with nonstick

surfaces.

User Maintenance:

Never use metal utensils, as they will scratch the

nonstick plates. Instead, use only wooden or

heat-proof plastic utensils.

Never leave plastic utensils in contact with the hot

grill plates.

In between recipes, scrape excess food buildup

through grease channels and into drip cups, then

wipe off any residue with a paper towel before

proceeding with next recipe.
