Video camera

Shooting a quick video

1 Select , to change from camera to video

camera mode.

2 Holding the phone horizontally, point the

lens towards the subject of the video.

3 Press the capture button once to start

recording. Press the capture button a
second time to stop recording.

4 While recording your remaining time will

appear at the bottom.

After you’ve shot your video

A still image representing your captured
video will appear on screen. The name of
the image runs along the bottom of the
screen together with five icons down the
right side.

View your video Album.

Play the file.
Start new recording.
Send the video as an MMS, Email or

Bluetooth. Refer to Sending a message, or
for Sending and receiving your files using
Bluetooth
.

Delete the video you have just made

and confirm by pressing Yes. The viewfinder
will reappear.

Using the toolbar

Before shooting a video, select Settings to
configure various options.
Colour effect - Choose from four colour
tone options: Off, Black & White, Negative
and Sepia.
White balance - The white balance
ensures that any white in your videos
appear realistic. In order for your camera
to correctly adjust the white balance you
may need to determine the light conditions.
Choose from Auto, Sunny, Incandescent,
Cloudy or Fluorescent
.
Night mode - On or Off
Video quality
- Choose between Super
fine
, Fine and Normal. The finer the quality
the sharper a video will be, but the file size
will increase as a result, which means you’ll
be able to store fewer videos in the phone’s
memory.
Duration - Normal or MMS.
