8. Dead Pixel Policy
Dead pixels on the TFT LCD panel are sometimes inevitable. ViewEra
guarantees that the monitor will be replaced if the number of dead pixels on
our monitor exceeds 5 pixels.
9. Warranty & Customer Service
Warranty
ViewEra warrants the V141 TFT-LCD monitor for three years for parts and
labor, one year for LCD panel from the date of purchase. For detail warranty
