Juice Extractor:

• Vegetables should always be fresh and crisp. All fruits

and vegetables should be fed into the feed chute. With
hard fruits and vegetables (carrots, beets, apples, etc.),
we recommend feeding through chute using a hard,
pulsating, uneven motion.

• With softer fruits and vegetables such as peaches and

spinach, we recommend a slow, continuous, even motion
when pushing through the feed chute, to allow the skins
to be torn apart completely.
