TROUBLESHOOTING SUGGESTIONS

SYMPTOM

No power to appliance

Oven will not heat

Blower fan will not run

Door pops open during

cook cycle

Section of cooktop won’t

heat or not hot enough

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Circuit breaker off or tripped

Power cord unplugged or damaged


Fuse blown or loose


Power switch turned to OFF or FAN


Temperature control not set


Oven door not closed


Hi-limit control tripped on excessive
oven temperature


Damaged controller


Fan switch OFF


Damage to internal components


Latch out of adjustment

Control not turned ON

Damage to internal component





SUGGESTED REMEDY

Reset circuit breaker

Check power cord
Plug in or repair as required


Check power fuses. If blown,
correct problem and replace
fuses


Turn power switch ON


Set to desired temperature


Be sure door is closed and
latched


Allow oven to cool
Hi-limit will reset


Contact Authorized Wells
Service Agency for repairs


Turn fan switch to HIGH or
LOW


Contact Authorized Wells
Service Agency for repairs


Adjust latch


Set control

Contact Authorized Wells
Service Agency for repairs
