The warning Sign, shown below, must be posted on a wall or fence where all users of the hydrotherapy spa will
be able to see it. Whenever the spa is moved, the sign must also be moved and reposted near the spa. If the
sign becomes illegible, or if it is lost, call our toll-free Customer Hot Line at 1-800-999-3756 to obtain a replace-
ment. Post the sign as described above.

PREVENT DROWNING
¥ Spa heat speeds up the effect of alcohol, drugs,
or medicine and can cause unconsciousness.
¥ Immediately leave spa if uncomfortable or
sleepy.
DURING PREGNANCY, SOAKING IN HOT WATER MAY CAUSE
DAMAGE TO THE FETUS. LIMIT USE TO 10 MINUTES AT A TIME.
PREVENT CHILD DROWNING
¥ Water attracts children.
¥ Always attach spa cover after each use.
