The ground lug of F-886
fryers must be connected to
a suitable building electric
ground.

connected to the wrong
voltage or phase is NOT
covered by warranty.

F-886 FRYER ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

F-886 fryers must be connected directly to an appropriately sized
electrical circuit. Conduit and strain relief must be provided by the
electrician.

F-886 fryers are not rated for single phase operation at 208VAC.

Single phase F-886 fryers require a 240VAC 60 amp 1ø circuit with
ground;

Three phase F-886 fryers require a 208VAC or 240VAC 3ø, 40 amp
circuit with ground,

FRYERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE FACTORY WIRED FOR 3ø.
Conversion to single phase is the responsibility of the electrician.
