Cracker Crumb Topping

INGREDIENTS

1 sleeve salted crackers, approximately 48
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves

METHOD

1

Place crackers into the bowl of food processor fitted with S-Blade.
Process until fine crumbs.

Add the parsley and drizzle in the butter through feed tube while
pulsing 2 or 3 times so all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Bread Crumb Topping

for Casserole

Makes enough for 1 large casserole

INGREDIENTS

8 slices firm texture bread
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley

METHOD

1

Place all the ingredients into the bowl of the food processor fitted
with a S-Blade.

Process until all ingredients are combined evenly.

3

Sprinkle over the top of a casserole, or store refrigerated in an
airtight container.
