The Phaser 5400 is optimized for
performance printing thanks to a host

A 266 MHz Power PC G3 class processor
gives the 5400 a level of robustness you

It prints at top speed: 40 pages per minute
with a 9 second first-page-out time. It speeds
through high volume jobs, multiple sets, and
complex jobs containing photos and charts.

The Phaser 5400N comes with a
500-sheet input tray
, 150-sheet
multipurpose bypass feeder and
a 500-sheet output tray . The DT
configuration adds automatic 2-sided
printing and a ledger-size 500-sheet
feeder
for a total capacity of 1,150
sheets. To this, the DX configuration
adds a second ledger-size 500-sheet
feeder boosting paper capacity to 1,650,
plus a hard disk and extra memory
for additional printer functionality.
Multiple paper handling options are
available to configure the 5400 the
way you want. Add one or two 500-
sheet feeders
to make your printer
even more productive. The most
performance-focused workgroups
can add a 2,000-sheet feeder
and a 1,000-sheet Output Stacker
.
Expand to a maximum input of
3,150-sheets of varied media and
1,500-sheets output.
