6. Click the Create New Meeting tab.

7. Type a name for the meeting in the Meeting name box.

8. Optionally, type and confirm a password for the meeting in the Password and Confirm

password boxes.

If you don’t assign a password, anyone who can view the list of meetings can join your

meeting.

9. If you see the Automatically open microphones option, your server administrator has

enabled VoIP. Select this option to enable it for your meeting, and automatically open

participant microphones for the first four participants to join the meeting.

If you see the Share voice bridge details with other users option, your server administrator

has enabled a third-party voice bridge or audio-conferencing provider. Select this option to

enable it for your meeting and to display third-party audio information to your meeting

participants.

10. Click Create New Meeting.

11. If the Password Required dialog box appears, type the password in the Creation password

box.

  N O T E

This dialog box opens only if your server administrator assigned a password for creating

meetings, and it is different from the server access password. The lobby screen appears and

the meeting starts. See The SMART Bridgit client lobby screen on the next page.

12. Click OK.

Click the server icon

in the bottom-left corner of the SMART Bridgit Software dialog box, if you

want to connect to a different server.

The Server Information dialog box appears.
