• Move stop guide so that it projects by ap-

prox. 20 mm over the base table.

• Check the gap between the tabletop and

stop and determine the amount of correc-

tion.

5.2 Adjusting the table height

A separate adjustment must be carried out

at the front and rear support.

• Loosen counternut (3.4)

• Set correct height and adjusting screw

(3.3).

• Re-tighten counternut (3.4) and fastening

bolt (5.4).

6

Adjusting the parallelism of base

and sliding tables

6.1 Checking the parallelism

• Move stop guide up to saw blade. If the

sliding table is correctly adjusted the gap

between the underside of the stop and the

base table is the same across the whole

width.

6.2 Adjusting the parallelism

A separate adjustment is necessary at the

front and rear supports.

• Release handle (3.1).

• Release counternut (3.8).

• Adjust parallelism of both tables with ad-

justing screw (3.2).

• Re-tighten counternut (3.8) and handle

(3.1).

7

Adjusting the parallelism of slid-

ing table guide and saw blade

7.1 Checking the parallelism

• Fit angle fence on sliding table.

• Set stop guide so that the front edge of

the stop is exactly fl ush with the outer

table edge of the PRECISIO. When the

sliding table is moved the edges must be

equidistant throughout the entire range

of motion.

7.2 Adjusting the parallelism

The parallelism is adjusted with the screw

(3.5) on the fi tting angle on the rear of the

table.

• Loosen handle (3.1).

• Loosen locking bolt (3.7)

• Loosen counternut (3.6).

• Adjust parallelism with screw (3.5).

• Check by moving the sliding table - same

distance to base table at all points!

• Re-tighten locking bolt (3.7), counternut

(3.6) and handle (3.1).

8

Dismantling the sliding table

unit

The complete sliding table can be disman-

tled in a trice and quickly be re-fi tted with

no adjustments.

• Lock sliding table with rotary knob

(4.5).

• Release handles (3.1) and remove from

frame with bolt head (5.2).

• Remove complete unit.

Re-assemble in reverse order with no ad-

justments.
