NSW-R4 WIRELESS BROADBAND ROUTER, 300M

4.1.2 Access Control

The Wireless MAC Address Filtering feature allows you to control which

wireless stations are allowed to be connected to the router.

Mode: If you choose 'Allowed Listed', only those clients whose wireless

MAC addresses are in the access control list will be able to connect to your

Access Point. When 'Deny Listed' is selected, these wireless clients on the

list will not be able to connect the Access Point. The MAC Address format is

001122334455.

4.1.3 WDS

Wireless Distribution System uses wireless media to communicate with

the other APs. To do this, you should first set AP Mode to WDS or AP+WDS

in the basic settings, then enable WDS function and set another AP MAC

address which you would like to communicate with. The WDS supports WEP

and PSK security mode. Of course in order to make the APs work, you have

to assign for them the same channel and security mode.
