This dishwasher model can be embedded in modular furniture, under a counter top, a continuous counter top or a sink.
The housing dimensions must be the same as those indicated in the figure 1.
The adjustable feet allow the height of the machine to be varied from 820 to 885 mm.
Installation under the counter top
Apply the steam protection adhesive tape under the counter top when it is made of chipboard or of any other
non-waterproof material (fig. 3).
Adjust the dishwasher height to adapt it to the housing A dimensions, level it by means of the adjustable feet, which
will then be blocked with the lock-nut (fig. 4-5).
To allow for easy adjustment of the appliance when it is fitted into the cavity, some models are fitted with an
adjustable foot located centrally at the rear. This can be adjusted by turning a screw located at the bottom of the
front panel of the machine, as illustrated in (fig. 5b).
Insert the dishwasher in the housing and connect the dishwasher to water and power following the instruction
booklet; if necessary, re-adjust the front and rear feet and block them again with the lock-nut. Fasten the dishwasher
to the counter top with the supplied 30 mm long screws A (fig. 6).
Wooden panel installation
This dishwasher model is equipped with an auto-balancing system in the door and comes ready to mount a
wooden panel of the following size:
Width 596,5 mm max
Height from 46 to 116 mm max
Thickness from 18 to 22 mm max
Drilling arrangements
Drill 12 mm deep holes in the panel using a 2 mm diameter drill according to the measures indicated in the figure 7.
Firstly fix the supplied metallic bar to the wooden panel using the five 4 x 16 mm diameter screws (fig. 8) then, fix to the
dishwasher door with the three 3,9 x 9,5 mm diameter screws (fig. 9).
Important
If, after mounting the wooden panel, it is necessary to ship the machine for final installation, we recommend
leaving it in its original packaging materials.
For this reason the package was design to allow the panel to be mounted without having to unpack the machine
completely. Follow Figures 10a-e sequentially.
A)
Cut the polythene with a Knife (fig. 10a).
B) Lift the cardboard flap up and remove the wooden slat (fig. 10b).
C) To open the dishwasher remove the polystyrene from the sides (fig. 10c).
D) Firstly fix the supplied metallic bar to the wooden panel using the five 4 x 16 mm diameter screws (fig. 8) then,
fix to the dishwasher door with the three 3,9 x 9, 5 mm diameter screws (fig. 9).
D) Replace the cardboard and film in its original position (fig. 10d).
E) Re–seal the packaging (fig. 10e).
Adaptation of the base
For this model, fitted with cantilevered hinges, the rotation requires only a 3 mm space (fig. 11). Therefore
normally no space must be cut out in the base.

El hueco para el emplazamiento debe tener las dimensiones indicadas en la figura 1.
Sus patas regulables permiten variar la altura de la máquina de 820 mm a 885 mm.
Acoplamiento bajo la superficie de trabajo
Aplique la tira autoadhesiva de protección contra el vapor por debajo de la superficie de trabajo, sólo si ésta es de
conglomerado u otro material permeable (fig. 3).
Regule la altura del lavavajillas, adaptándola al hueco A y sin descuidar el nivelado, actuando sobre las patas
regulables y bloqueándolas bien con la tuerca (fig. 4-5).
Algunos modelos, para facilitar la regulación una vez introducido en el hueco, han sido dotados de un pie posterior
central regulable actuando sobre el tornillo situado en el frontal inferior de la maquina como se muestra en (fig. 5b)
Acople la máquina en el hueco y efectúe su conexión hidráulica y eléctrica siguiendo las indicaciones del manual
de instrucciones de uso; si fuese necesario, gradúe nuevamente la altura de las patas anteríores y posteriores, y
no olvide bloquearlas de nuevo con la tuerca.
Fije el lavavajillas a la superficie de trabajo con los tornillos A de 30 mm de longitud que se incluyen entre los
accesorios (fig. 6).
Aplicación del panel de madera
Este modelo de lavavajillas está dotado de un sistema de retención de la puerta para evitar su caida libre, y está
predispuesto para la aplicación de un panel de madera de revestimiento de la puerta de las siguientes dimensiones:
Anchura 596,5 mm máx
Altura de 46 a 116 mm máx
Espesor de 18 a 22 mm máx.
Preparación de los orificios
Taladre el panel con una broca de 2 mm de diámetro a una profundidad de 12 mm según las medidas que se
muestran en la figura 7.
Fijar el travesaño metálico existente en dotación primeramente al panel de madera con los 5 tornillos del diámetro
4 X 16 mm (fig. 8) y a continuación a la puerta del lavavajillas con los 3 tornillos del diámetro 3,9 X 9,5 mm (fig. 9).
ATENCION
En el caso que después de haber montado el panel de madera, sea necesario reexpedir la máquina para su
instalación final, aconsejamos dejarla en su embalaje original. Por este motivo, el embalaje ha sido realizado de
madera tal que consienta el montaje del panel de madera sin desembalar completamente la máquina; procediendo
como se indica en la secuencia de figuras de 10a a 10e:
A)
Cortar con un cuchillo el plástico (fig. 10a).
B) Levantar el plástico y cartón y extraer el listón de madera (fig. 10b).
C) Romper las dos escuadras anteriores girando los mismos (fig. 10c) para permitir la apertura de la puerta.
D) Fijar el travesaño metálico existente en dotación primeramente al panel de madera con los 5 tornillos del
diámetro 4 X 16 mm (fig. 8) y a continuación a la puerta del lavavajillas con los 3 tornillos del diámetro
3,9 X 9,5 mm (fig. 9).
D) Devolver el cartón y el plástico a la posición inicial (fig 10d).
E) Cerrar el corte con cinta adhesiva (fig. 10e).
Adaptación del zócalo
Para este modelo, dotado de bisagra equilibrada variable, la rotación del contrachapado del panel se
produce en un espacio de sólo 3 mm (fig. 11).
Por tanto no es necesario practicar ningún corte sobre el zócalo.
