A SAFETY CAUTIONS
1 The appliance, including its cord, must not be used, played
with, cleaned or maintained by persons under eight years
old and should at all times be kept out of their reach.
Use, cleaning or maintenance of the appliance by children
over eight or by anyone with a lack of knowledge,
experience or with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities should only be undertaken after receiving
appropriate instruction and under the adequate supervision
of a responsible adult to ensure that they do so safely and
that the hazards involved are understood and avoided.
2 Do not put the appliance in liquid; do not use it near
water in a bath-tub, basin or other vessel; and don’t
use it outdoors.
3 Keep the hot styling barrel away from the skin.
4 Do not leave the appliance unattended while plugged in.
5 Only set the appliance down on a heat-proof surface.
6 Do not use attachments other than those we supply.
7 Do not twist or kink the cable, or wrap it round the appliance.
8 Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or malfunctions.
9 If the cable is damaged return the appliance, to avoid hazard.
10 This appliance is not intended for commercial or salon use.
11 Let the appliance cool down before cleaning and storing
away.
F INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 Before use, ensure the hair is clean, dry and tangle-free.
2 For extra protection use a heat protection spray.
,Hair sprays contain flammable material – do not use while
using the styler.
3 Section the hair prior to styling. Style the lower layers first.
4 Plug in the styler and press and hold the on button to switch
on.
5 Start styling on lower temperature.Select temperature for
your hair type using the controls.
6 When the styler is ready, the display will stop flashing .(this
will be about 30 seconds).
7 Place a section of hair under the tong clip (smaller sections
create tighter curls – larger sections create large curls or
waves).
8 Turn the styler to roll the hair round the barrel.
9 Wait about 10 seconds for curl to form.
10 Unwind the tong and release the curl.
11 Let the hair to cool before styling
12 Repeat this around the head to create as many curls as
desired.
13 When finished press and hold the off button for two seconds
to turn off and unplug the appliance.
