1. DISASSEMBLE THE PLASTIC KNOT COVERS
2. SHORTEN THE BANDS TO THE DESIRED LENGTH
3. KNOT THE BANDS AT THE LOOP
4. ENSURE THAT BOTH BANDS ARE THE SAME LENGTH
