2.5.1 High-Stability Bipolar Supply
Current stability of a system can be increased by an order of magnitude
through application of the zero flux method of current sensing. For the
bipolar (dual-quadrant) mode high-stability magnet power supply, the
system consists of the Model 430 Programmer with zero flux current
sensing, five unipolar 08150PS Power Supplies, five Model 601 Energy
Absorbers, and associated interconnection cabling. Figure 2-1 and Figure
