USER’S GUIDE

PACKAGE CONTENTS:
• Resistance Band
• Nunchuck Leg Strap
• User’s Guide/Warranty Card
• Registration Card

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

• Make sure your feet are firmly planted on the Resistance Band before

performing your workout. Note: Not all workouts require your feet to be
placed on the Band. Please refer to your software’s user guide for more
instructions.

• If not used properly the Resistance Band can become hazardous. If the

Resistance Band slips away from your hands or feet the Resistance Band
may cause bodily harm. ALWAYS practice common sense when using
the Active Workout Kit.

• Never use the Active Workout Kit with wet or greasy hands.

• The Resistance Band is not a toy. Keep out of reach of young children.

• As with any strenuous exercise product, consult a physician before using

the Resistance Band.

USING THE NUNCHUCK LEG STRAP:

1. Undo the Velcro on the Nunchuck Leg Strap.
2. Fit the Nunchuck Leg Strap onto your left or right leg.
3. Redo the Velcro strap and tighten on your leg so that it doesn’t slip off.
4. Place the Nunchuck into the holster. The Analog Stick on the Nunchuck

should be at the bottom of the holster and the cable should be coming
out of the top of the holster.

USING THE RESISTANCE BAND:

To use the Resistance Band, grab the handles on each end with your hands
and hold securely. The Resistance Band can be used in many ways.
Please refer to your software’s user guide for more instructions.
