The EJF1 Eric Johnson Fuzz Face
requires one 9 volt battery. Unscrew
the bottom of the pedal to access the
battery clip. Remove the instrument
cable from the input jack when not in
use to extend battery life.

dIrectIons
• Run a cable from your guitar to
the Fuzz Face’s Input jack and run
another cable from the Fuzz Face’s
Output jack to your amplifier.
• Set the Fuzz Face’s controls to their
12 o’clock position.
• Turn the effect on by depressing
the footswitch.
• Dial in the amount of desired fuzz by
adjusting the FUZZ knob.
• Use the LEVEL knob to set the
desired volume level of the effect.
• Try rolling back your guitar’s volume
knob to clean up the Fuzz Face.
