4.13 LINKING CLIPS
Clips can be linked together in a Gang mode. See section below ‘How to Link
Clips’ on page 56 for more information.
They can also be associated in a Fill & Key mode. Refer to chapter Fill & Key
Management in part 6 of the IPDirector user manual.

Clips created on ganged channels are automatically linked. However, you can also
link clips manually in the Database Explorer.
To link clips, proceed as follows:
1.
Open the Database Explorer and locate the clips you wish to link.
2.
Select the clips to link while keeping the CTRL key pressed.
3.
Right-click the grid.
The clip contextual menu is displayed.
4.
Select Link.
The
icon appears in the Ganged column.
