To change a keyword type in a dictionary, proceed as follows:

1.

Open the Dictionary.

2.

Click the Edit button to active the Edit mode.

3.

Right-click the keyword which you want to change the type of.

4.

Do one of the following:

To change a standard keyword to a participant keyword, select Define as

Participant Keyword from the contextual menu.

To change a participant keyword to a standard keyword, select Reset

Participant Keyword from the contextual menu.

To rename a keyword in a dictionary, proceed as follows:

1.

Open the dictionary.

2.

Click the Edit button to active the Edit mode.

3.

Right-click on the keyword you want to rename.

4.

Select Rename Keyword from the contextual menu.

The Rename Keyword window opens.

5.

Enter the new name and press Save.

To remove a keyword from a dictionary, proceed as follows:

1.

Open the dictionary.

2.

Click the Edit button to active the Edit mode.

3.

Right-click on the keyword you want to rename.

4.

Select Remove the keyword from the Dictionary from the contextual
menu.

A popup message is displayed.

5.

Press YES.
