Installation Instructions
1. Drain the stock radiator and dispose of used fluid according to your local
regulations. Use care in disposal, antifreeze is toxic.
2. Remove the stock radiator and fan from the ATV.
3. Leave the inlet and outlet radiator hoses attached to the engine.
4. Attach the mounting bracket to the ATV front rack.
NOTE: We have supplied basic hardware required to mount the radiator to the
front rack of many popular ATV’s. Since this is a universal mount, you may
need additional fasteners to complete the installation of the radiator mount on
your ATV.
5. The mounting bracket was designed with basic holes in the bracket, but
depending on how you mount the bracket, you may need to drill additional holes
for installation on your rack. We recommend that you mark all locations and pre
drill all holes.
6. Once you have drilled the holes in the bracket, use the bracket to mark the
locations on the rack and drill in these locations. This will ensure that all holes
are properly aligned. When drilling on the racks take proper precautions to protect
the plastic under the rack from the drill bit as it punches through the rack. Use a
block of wood or a piece of metal under the rack in order to protect the plastic.
NOTE: On ATV’s such as the Polaris you may need to remove the front grill and
plastic to ensure that you drill all holes in the proper locations.
For ATV’s with tubular racks we recommend that you use the ¼” bolts provided, so
drill all holes accordingly. Use a marker or sharp punch to mark the locations.
