MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the grater and filter unit in water using a soft brush (e.g. toothbrush)
2. Never clean the grater and filter unit in a dishwasher
3. Never use bleach or a scouring pad
PREPARATION OF FRUIT
1. Wash and prepare all fruits which you wish to process , into small pieces if required
before feeding into juice extractor.
2. Move the stone from : peaches, prunes, apricots, cherries etc.
3. peel oranges, lemons, grape fruit, melons (also remove the pips),pineapple (also
remove the core), cucumbers etc.
4. If you wish to process grapes, quintes, red currantd etc. ,must clean the grater and
filter unit after every half kilogramme, for a better result .
5. Juice cannot be obtained from certain fruit and vegetables ,e.g. bananas, avocados,
blackberries, aubergines, figs etc.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance is equipped with a safety system. If the lid is not correctly in place . the
appliance will not function. To fit correctly, place the upper part of the locks in the
corresponding grooves of the lid and push down the lower part of the lock until you hear
it click into place .
1. pull out the plug out of the cord storage exit until the required length of cable is
reached
2. plug in
3. Switch the juice extractor on : position 2 (star)
The motor must always be running when fruit or vegetables are fed into the appliance.
Fruit or vegetables can be fed in continually without stopping appliance.
To empty the pulp reservoir
Stop the appliance ,hold the reservoir by the handle and pull outwards
To put the reservoir back in place, reserse the operation.
COMMENTS
Fruit and vegetables of different types can be processed without cleaning the appliance
after each operation .The flavours will not mix.
The natural juices must be drunk immediately after their preparation for maximum
flavour and vitamin benefit . However ,if you wish to keep the juice for several hours
,lemon juice must be added as a natural preservative
CLEANING
Stop the juice extractor (position o) and unplug the appliance.
