AQUANOL® 2010
Premium Sheetfed Alcohol Replacer
Description: An alcohol replacer for use on sheetfed continuous type dampening systems. It
contains solvents for reducing the surface tension of the press ready solution.
AQUANOL 2010 is compatible with all types of fountain solutions and fountain
additives. Depending upon conditions, AQUANOL 2010 can reduce or eliminate the
use of alcohol.
Directions for Use: Mix 30 mL or 3% of AQUANOL 2010 per liter into the press ready mix. To decrease
water setting or reduce lead edge toning, increase dosage by 10 mL per Liter. If ink
emulsification or roller stripping occurs decrease dosage by 10 mL per Liter. For
excellent results, use with an RBP AQUA SERIES fountain concentrate. Contact an
RBP technical representative for recommendations.
