• Unscrew the top of the detergent injector and fill the injector with detergent.

• Screw the top back on.

• Remove the lance from the gun.

• Attach the detergent injector to the gun (fig. B7).

• Apply detergent so it thoroughly covers cleaning surface. Apply from bottom to top to prevent detergent from

sliding down and streaking.

• Allow detergent to remain on the surface for a few minutes. This is a good time to use a brush to lightly scrub

heavily soiled areas. Never allow detergent to dry on the cleaning surface.

• Remove the detergent injector from the gun.

• Rinse detergent from surface.

Remember to rinse the detergent injector with water after use!
Final Rinse
Start from the bottom up and make sure all detergent is removed from the target surface.
Shut-Down
• Make sure all detergent is flushed from the system.

• Turn off the motor.

• Turn off the water supply.

• Now trigger the gun to depressurise the system.

• Always wipe every surface of the pressure cleaner with a clean, damp cloth after use.

CAUTION: NEVER turn the water supply off before turning the motor off as this could seriously damage the

pump and/or the motor.

WARNING: NEVER disconnect the high-pressure discharge hose from the machine while the system is

pressurised. To depressurise: turn off the motor and then the water supply and squeeze the

trigger 2 to 3 times.

7. Tips to Prolong the Life of your High-Pressure Cleaner

• NEVER store the pressure cleaner outdoors or where it could freeze. This would seriously damage the pump.

• Never operate the unit without water.

• The pressure cleaner is not meant to pump hot water. NEVER connect it to a hot water supply as it will

significantly reduce the life of the pump.

• NEVER allow the unit to run for more than one (1) minute without spraying water. The resulting heat build-up

will damage pump.
