Battery voltage.
Load on/off switch [3] has no function.

Output current from battery to DC-load.
Indicates 0.00A when load is switched off.
Use the Load on/off switch [3] to switch the output current to the

load on or off.
Note: in over-discharge protection mode trying to switch on output

to the load will fail and a buzzer will sound. When the system
recovered from over-discharge protection mode (battery charge level

back to normal) press the Load on/off switch [3] 2 times to

restart output current to the load.

Charging current from solar panel to battery

Troubleshooting

Problem

Possible cause

Possible solution

Charging not
indicated on
display when

solar panel is

connected

1. Reverse polarity
2. Loose connection
3. Not enough sunlight

1. Correct polarity
2. Secure connection(s)
3. Reposition solar panel

No output on
load
connections

1. Load switch off
2. Battery not connected,
loose connection or wrong

polarity.

3. Polarity load reversed
4. Over-discharge protection

enabled
5. Short circuit or overload

protection enabled

1. Press switch [3]
2. Connect a battery to the regulator,
check correct polarity and secure

connection

3. Correct load polarity
4. Disconnect load and fully recharge

battery
5. Verify that load is not short circuited and

draws no more than 30A. Press switch [3]

when everything is OK.
