5. Use

• Before use, make sure the battery is fully charged. To do

this, plug the power adaptor [B] into the power input [8].
The charge indicator [6] lights up bright. When the battery is
full, the charger indicator dims. Disconnect the adaptor.

• Attach the wrist strap as indicated on page 3.

• Plug in the included signal cable [C] into the video input [9].

• Connect the other end [C1] to video output of a camera (not

incl.).
Note: do not connect the power output [C2] to the camera

as most cameras require 12VDC and this connector

only provides 5VDC.

• Switch on the LCD [1] with the On/Off button [2].

• The monitor now shows the camera images.

• Press the brightness button [3] until the desired display

brightness is reached (8 steps, circular).

• Press the colour button [4] until the desired display colour is

reached (8 steps, circular).

• Switch off the monitor before disconnecting the video cable.

Remember to reconnect the camera to the fixed wiring.

6. Battery

• The MONCOLH2 contains an internal rechargeable battery.

When the device is end-of-life, this battery has to be

disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

• Open the battery compartment [7] and remove the battery.
