Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the device.

The microphone should only be used indoors with the included adaptor or with one having the same

rating, connected to a 230VAC/50Hz (max.) power source.

Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it.

All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused by user modifications

to the device is not covered by the warranty.

Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the

warranty.

Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and

the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.

A qualified technician should install and service this device.

Do not switch the device on immediately after it has been exposed to changes in temperature.

Protect the device against damage by leaving it switched off until it has reached room temperature.

Make sure that the available voltage does not exceed the voltage stated in the specifications of this

manual.

Do not crimp the power cord and protect it against damage. Have an authorised dealer replace it if

necessary.

Use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.

System setup and use

Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.

Mount or place the receiver at least 1 meter above the floor and at least 1 meter clear from walls or

large surfaces.

Connect the audio output jack [9] to a public address (PA) system (not incl.) using a suitable cable

(not incl.)

Insert the DC power adaptor jack in the DC power input [8]. Only use the included power adaptor to

avoid damage to the system. Do not plug the adaptor in the mains yet.

Plug the power adaptor into a suitable mains outlet and press the power ON/OFF button [1] on the

receiver. The power LED [2] turns red.

Insert batteries (not incl.) into the microphone (see §9) and switch it on by moving the power
