the slotted hole on the heat shield bracket
bolts to the left side frame rail adjacent to
the engine mount. on some models there may be
a cable clamp or hydraulic line clamps bolted in
this location. If so, loosen (do not remove) this bolt
so that the heat shield and bracket assembly can
be slid under the cable or hydraulic line clamps.

hex bolt and two ramp-lock washers.
note: the ramp-lock washers are used as a pair,
with the ramps tightened against each other. Do
not tighten this bolt at this ime.
