The SoftSpot “Squeeze Therapy System” allows you to take a proactive approach to good health
by performing a series of stretching and strengthening exercises while at your computer. The
exercises take only minutes and can help reduce the risk of injury while promoting a healthy

Under the Therasoft pad is an illustrated exercise guide that contains several exercises developed
by physical therapists. The exercises act to increase circulation while gently stretching and
