11.11 Die Temperature Sensor
The AT73C246 features a die temperature sensor for protection reasons. If the junction temper-
ature rises above the shutdown threshold for a minimum time of 1ms (+/- 5%), the power
manager event T

> 130°C is asserted. In a similar fashion, if the temperature falls through the
restart threshold for more than 1ms, the power manager event T

<110°C is asserted.
