2. Click Spectroscopy to open the Select Spectroscopy Wizard dialog box.
3. Select the processed mode you want to enter and click Next. The wizard will take you through
all the necessary steps to optimize your acquisition and enter the desired processing mode.
Tip
Save your Absorbance, Transmission, Reflection or Irradiance experiment as a Project
and reload it using the Open Project button or by selecting the File | Open
Project menu option. When you load a project, Reference ( ) and Background ( )
buttons will be available in your Graph View for updating the Reference and
Background spectra.
How do I find my Peaks?
Find the peaks in your spectrum by clicking the View Spectrum Peaks button ( ) in your Graph
View.
The Configure Peak Metrics wizard takes you through a few quick steps to setup your peak finding
parameters.
