1991-1996 FLT, FLHT 11” Wide Rear Seat:
Hardware included: two 1/4-20 hex head bolts
1. Stock handrail or Mustang rear seat bracket #78007 must be
installed using the bolts that are used to secure the back of
the front seat to the bike.
2. Fasten front of rear seat to handrail or mounting bracket using
supplied 1/4-20 hex head bolts.
3. Align rear mounting tab with threaded hole in rear fender.
4. Secure rear mounting tab with stock screw.
1991-1996 FLT, FLHT 14” Wide Rear Seat:
Required mounting hardware: Mustang solo mounting bolts,
#78027 for 1983-1994 models, #78028 for 1995-1996 models.
1. Secure rear of Mustang front seat with proper set of solo
mounting bolts.
2. Engage slots on front of rear seat onto solo mounting bolts.
3. Align rear mounting tab with threaded hole in rear fender.
4. Secure rear mounting tab with stock screw.
