3.5.3 Onboard Device Configuration
Onboard Devices [Standard]
[Standard] Enables standard onboard devices.
[Disabled] Disables all onboard devices except the LAN controller.
HD Audio Azalia Device [Enabled]
[Enabled] Enables the High Definition Audio Controller.
[Disabled] Disables the controller.
Front Panel Type [HD]
[HD] Set the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to high-
definition audio.
[AC97] Set the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to legacy AC’97
SPDIF OUT Type [SPDIF]
[SPDIF] Sets to [SPDIF Output] for SPDIF audio output.
[HDMI] Sets to [HDMI Output] for HDMI audio output.
Onboard Lan [Enabled]
Allows you to enable or disable the LAN controller.
Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled]
Onboard LAN Boot ROM [Disabled]
This item appears only when you enable the previous item.
[Enabled] Enables the onboard LAN Boot ROM.
[Disabled] Disables the onboard LAN Boot ROM.
Onboard 1394 Controller [Enabled]
