epilation. If you are used to epilation
and look for a faster way to efficiently
remove hair, attach the EfficiencyPro
clip
. It allows maximum skin contact
and ensures an optimum usage
position.
3 Leg epilation
Epilate your legs from the lower leg in
an upward direction. When epilating
behind the knee, keep the leg stretched
out straight.
4 Underarm and bikini line epilation
Please be aware that especially at the
beginning these areas are particularly
sensitive. With repeated usage the pain
sensation will diminish. For more
comfort, ensure that the hair is at the
optimum length of 2–5mm.
Before epilating, thoroughly clean the
respective area to remove residue (like
deodorant). Then carefully dab dry with
a towel. When epilating the underarm,
keep your arm raised up so that the skin
is stretched and guide the appliance in
different directions.
As skin may be more sensitive directly
after epilation, avoid using irritating
substances such as deodorants with
alcohol.
5 Facial epilation
With the precision head attached,
your Silk·épil is perfectly suited for
conveniently removing any unwanted
hair from the face or other sensitive
areas.
Prior to epilation, we recommend
cleaning the skin with alcohol to pro-
mote good hygiene.
Please use the included cleansing
wipes
to wipe over the area you want
to epilate.
When epilating the face, stretch the
skin with one hand, hold the epilator in
a 90° angle with your other hand and
guide it slowly in the direction of the
switch.
Warning: Facial cleansing wipes are
for single external use only. Do not use
in or near the eyes. Keep out of reach
of children. If inflammation develops,
discontinue use. Flammable, keep
away from fire or flame.
Ingredients: Isopropyl alcohol, aqua.
Cleaning the epilation heads
6 After epilating, unplug the appliance
and clean the epilation head used:
If you have used one of the attach-
ments
or first remove it and clean
it with the brush.
7 To clean the tweezer element, use the
cleaning brush dipped into alcohol.
Clean the tweezers with the brush from
the rear side of the epilation head while
turning the barrel manually. After
cleaning, place your preferred attach-
ment back on the epilation head.
