Back features
NOTE The back cover is removable, and allows you to remove or
replace the main battery. Refer to section “Setting up MyPal”
on page 1-8 for instructions.
• Camera lens - allows you to focus and take a photo or video of a
subject.
CAUTION! DO NOT touch the camera lens!
• Camera flash - provides additional light when capturing videos or
images. You can turn the flash on or off while in the ASUS Camcorder
interface. Refer to Chapter 4 for information.
• Speaker - allows you to hear alarms and other sound outputs from the
device.
• Back cover - provides protection to the internal parts of the device.

• Launch button - functions like the enter/return key on a keyboard.
- Press once to launch a selected program, list folders contents, or
open a file.
- While in camera preview (ASUS Camera photo/recorder mode),
press once to turn the camera flash on, press again to turn the flash
off.
