8) Setting up bandwidth management
Bandwidth Management provides a mechanism to setup bandwidths according to
different IP address and/or port on WL700gE. You could assign a bandwidth, including
minimum bandwidth and maximum bandwidth, to a fixed IP address and/or a fixed
port for download streams. You could also define upload bandwidth through proper
configuration to NAT settings.
1. Enter the Basic Config page in Bandwidth
Management folder in WL700gE web-based
configuration interface.
2. Enable Bandwidth
Management function.
15. To test whether DDNS functions or not, ping the domain name to see whether your host
is accessible. Click Start -> Run... -> type cmd, and enter the command line interface.
16. Type ping account.dyndns.org and press Enter. If you get reply from a certain IP address,
it means your host is accessible from Internet.
