ASUS GraphiX Boost Technology (on selected
models)

ASUS GraphiX Boost Technology manages multiple graphics
processing units (GPUs) to accommodate changes in graphics
performance and power saving requirements. There are two
graphics modes:

Increased performance mode

Save power mode

To change the graphics mode:

2. The graphics mode icon appearing on the Windows notification

area indicates the current graphics mode.

1. Left click the battery icon on

the Windows notification area
and select a power plan.

1b. Or press [FN+Space Bar]

repeatedly to select a power
plan.

The HDMI port will not function in the Quiet Office / Battery
Saving modes when the power adapter is attached or in the
Entertainment Mode / Quiet Office / Battery Saving modes when
the power adapter is unplugged.

1c. Or press the graphics switch

repeatedly to select a

graphics mode.
