2. Unscrew the rear cap (B, Figure 3-11) and screw the Afocal Doubler (A, Figure 3-10) into the threading
of the Drone PRO objective lens (B, Figure 3-10) housing. Be careful not to over-tighten the lens.

NOTE:
Before mounting the Afocal Doubler to the Drone PRO 5X, screw the adapter (C, Figure 3-10)
onto the threaded portion of the lens housing and fix it with three M2×3 screws using a 0.9 hex
key. The thread adapter switches between M48×1 and M51×1 thread sizes.
NOTE:
With the magnifying lens in place, magnification value changes as well as other parameters,
such as system resolution, field of view, focusing range, boresight increment, etc.
NOTE:
The caution notice DO NOT REMOVE IN DAYLIGHT on the front lens cap (A, Figure 3-11) of this
universal magnifying lens is not applicable when using it on the Drone PRO.
CAUTION:
After removing the Afocal Doubler from the Drone PRO, replace the protective cap (B, Figure
3-11).
