Installation Overview
Mounting the CD 900
Rear Panel Cabling
Video Loopback Connections
Serration pulse removal
— LCD displays, DLP projectors, and
plasma displays don’t need pulses to synchronize
retracing. A rear panel DIP switch causes the serration
pulses to be stripped from the vertical blanking portion of
a signal.
Rack mount option
— The CD 900 is 1U high and half-rack
wide. It can be installed on a standard rack shelf by using
an Extron 1U Shelf Rack, part # 60-190-01.
Auto-switching power supply
— An internal power supply
with an IEC connector makes power cord connection easy.
The power supply can be used internationally with any
power input from 110 VAC to 240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz and
adapts automatically to the input type.
