Recipe– Basic doughnut batter (12 doughnut)

Method to make batter

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and add the sugar ensuring
you stir it thoroughly.

In a different bowl whisk the milk and beaten eggs. Pour into the other
ingredients and mix until combined.

Please note: The doughnuts will not have the same texture as fried doughnuts,
this is due to the doughnuts being baked and not fried.

Cleaning the appliance

Never use abrasive cleaning agents and materials as they will damage the non-stick
coating of the plates.



Unplug the appliance before beginning the cleaning process.



Let the appliance cool down properly in an open position.



First remove excess butter or oil from the plates with a piece of kitchen
paper before you clean them.



Use a wooden or plastic spatula to remove stuck on food residues from the
cooking plates.



Do not use metal, sharp or abrasive utensils.



Clean the cooking plates with a moist soft cloth or sponge.



Clean the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.



Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason.
