sugar into the centre of the receptacle (Figure F). Switch it to the on
position.

Hold the collection stick vertically and slowly circle it around the bowl.
Once the candy floss has started to collect on the stick, change to holding
the stick in a horizontal position and move it from side to side making sure
you are collecting all the cotton candy (Figure G).

Turn the unit “off” when all the sugar has been dispensed. Allow the unit
to cool down for 5 minutes before repeating the process for your next
portion of candy floss.
