Pump running backwards.

Check and correct impeller rotation
(see Rotation in Installation and
Operation Manual).

Voltage too low or too high; excessive

Check incoming voltage; check

Reduce discharge head, or install
staging adaptor and additional pump.

Discharge throttling valve partially
