FAQ

1. Which port should I use to charge my device?

Thanks to PowerIQ technology, each charging port can
charge any device at full speed – no need to decide between
them.

2. Can I use the Astro E3 to charge 2 devices at the
same time?

Yes. But when using 2 output ports simultaneously, the total
output current will not exceed 3A.

3. What if the Astro E3 fails to charge?

Check that the adapter connection is secure, or replace the
adapter if the current one is not functioning normally.

Each of the LEDs represent 25% of the battery’s capacity.
The LED indicator will turn off when the device is fully
charged.
The LED indicator will stay on when charging a device,
displaying the battery’s remaining power and will turn
off when the device is fully charged and not drawing a
current.
The LED indicator will not activate when the battery is
empty.

To protect the long-term capacity of your device’s
battery, please unplug the power wire promptly after the
device is fully charged.
During the charging process, approximately 20% of
external battery’s total capacity will be consumed,
including power lost from circuit heat and voltage
conversion within the external battery (approximately
16%) and the charging cable and your device
(approximately 4%). This efficiency rate is 15% higher

than the industry average of 35%.
Since the combined output of both ports is limited to 3A,
concurrent use of the two ports may slow the charging
process.
Please fully charge your external battery at least once
every four months to avoid shortening its lifespan.
Keep the product away from extreme heat or cold, as
