PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Generally when plastic products are broken and damaged
by impact, pressure or improper disassembly, they are
repaired by using resin glue or a plastic heat welder.
However, the sealing of the resin is unable to bear heavy
weight, while the heat welders easily deform the surface.
Therefore, most of the time when plastic products are
broken or damaged, people just throw them away and buy
new replacements. In fact, if you could repair the plastic
products efficiently you would increase your profits and
reduce the plastic waste which will make great contribu-
tion towards the overall environmental protection. Now the
Astro 7600 allows you to efficiently make those repairs.
FUNCTIONAL ADVANTAGES:
The Hot Staple Gun is suitable for repairing all kinds of
broken and damaged plastic products. It may restore the
broken or damaged part back to its original shape look
and strength.
The Hot Staple Gun inserts a staple into the plastic after it
has heated it in one easy step. The staple creates a
stronger reinforcement than the original part and it makes
it flexible so the part can be used again.
The Hot Staple Gun may adapt to the broken and dam-
aged part to adjust for a proper fit of parts.
There are different shapes of staples for all kind of repairs,
and the nailing location are not limited to even surface; it
may also function on uneven surface or corners and even
round parts.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
Step 1: Align broken plastic part
Step 2: Heat staple by inserting into end of Hot Stapler

Step 5: Allow staple to cool and plastic to harden
around staple
Step 6: Clip excess staple ends
Step 7: Grind down excess cut staple ends (optional)
Step 3: Once staple is heated press against plastic
Step 4: Set staple into plastic
