Table 6 is a list of replaceable parts. Figure 4 is the illustrated parts
breakdown (IPB) that identifies all of the replaceable parts. To order a part,
quote the Agilent Technologies part number, specify the quantity required,
and address the order to the nearest Agilent Technologies office.
