Toolbars provides a sub-menu of related functions.
Status Bar reveals the Status Bar at the bottom of the Surface.
Ruler Bars reveals rulers along the top and side of the Surface.
Zoom provides a sub-menu of related functions.
Full Screen Mode and Full Window Mode allow the
Administrator to select one of two different full-screen views.
The menu shows associated toolbar icons and keyboard
shortcuts.
