Problem
n Problems in cable and
cradle connection.
Solution
1
Ensure your XV6600WOC is turned on.

Ensure that you do not have any other active
connections. Tap → Today , and then tap
or at the bottom of the screen and then
Disconnect.

Ensure the cable is securely plugged into the COM
port on the back of your PC. Use the cable that came
with the XV6600WOC without any extra cables or
extenders attached.

Plug the other end of the cable securely into the
correct port on your XV6600WOC. If you are using
a cradle, push your XV6600WOC securely into the
cradle.
