1.

If equipped with factory installed sway bar, remove end link brackets from frame and sway bar from axle. Save fas-
teners for use later.

2.

Lubricate and install D-bushings on sway bar as shown on photos. Vehicles with factory installed sway bar will use the
small bushings and vehicles without factory installed sway bar will use the large bushings.

3.

Vehicles with factory installed sway bar— Attach sway bar to factory axle brackets using the small u-plates and fac-
tory fasteners. Leave loose for adjustment later.

4.

Vehicles without factory installed sway bar— Attach sway bar to axle using large u-plates, saddle brackets and U-
bolts. Leave loose for adjustment later.

5.

Install end link brackets on frame as shown in diagram and photo below. Insert cap screw and bushings on bracket
before installing on frame.

There are left and right brackets in this kit. Install brackets so that end links will be

aligned with sway bar as vertical as possible. If equipped with factory installed sway bar, reuse factory fasteners.

6.

Attach sway bar to end links as shown in photo and diagram below.

7.

Center sway bar and tighten axle bolts as follows

Vehicles with factory installed sway bar— Torque bolts to 20-25 ft-lb

Vehicles without factory installed sway bar—Torque nuts to 40-45 ft-lb

8.

Torque frame bolts to 20-25 ft-lb.

9.

Tighten end links until bushings bulge slightly

.

10. Bounce vehicle a couple of times and check installation for clearance to fuel and brake lines and other components.

After one week of driving recheck your installation and fastener torque. Recheck on a regular basis thereafter.
