Feature Highlights

• Worn over the head or around the neck
• Omni-directional element & adjustable mic

boom for maximum gain and minimum wind

noise

• Adjustable headband cushions
• Built in volume control
• Rugged construction for long life

The HM142V headset microphones are a lightweight

design for use with a wide variety of Lectrosonics wire

less PA, microphone and IFB systems. The stainless steel

headband and boom are adjustable for maximum comfort

and flexibility.
The foam temple pads are attached to machined alumi

num assemblies clamped to the headband. The position

of the temple pad opposite the mic boom is adjustable for

a comfortable, secure fit. The stainless steel headbands

are simply shaped by hand to fit the head.
The pickup capsule is an omnidirectional electret type,

powered by a DC bias present on the input jack of Lec

trosonics transmitters. The omni-directional capsule

provides a wide, flat frequency response, plus ultra low

wind noise and clothing “rattle.”

The stainless steel microphone boom is mounted in a ball

joint to allow adjustment to position the microphone to the

left and slightly away from the mouth.
The volume control on the temple pad is used to temporar

ily control feedback when used with a sound system.
Available with a locking micro plug, TA5F 5-pin plug, or

standard 3.5mm mini plug for use with Lectrosonics wire

less transmitters.
Rugged machined aluminum and stainless steel are used

to construct the headset for years of heavy use.
