Priming the Adhesive and Activator:
1. It is recommended to install a plastic boot on the piston seals to keep them clean and protect them
from the material being dispensed. Using some Polyethylene
plastic cut a circle approximately 26” -
28” in diameter and a circular hole in the center approximately 6” in diameter.

Secure the plastic boots to the Ram Pistons as shown below.

Fill the Adhesive pump and Activator pump solvent cups with throat seal liquid (see figure 16).

4. Move the ram up/down valve handle to the up position (see figure 17).

Do not install static mixer tube to gun at this time.
